On Wednesday, 19 April, Minister of Health Adam Niedzielski announced that the state of epidemic emergency will most probably be terminated at the end of June. The termination of the state of emergency would not be insignificant for the legality of the stay of foreigners residing in Poland on the basis of COVID regulations.
The end of the state of emergency before 24 August 2023 will result in the beginning of the 30-day periods on the expiry of the extended periods of entitlement, validity of documents or deadlines for actions.
