As of November 2nd, 2022, we enabled in the Department for Foreigners of the Mazovian Voivodship Office, possibility of the electronic identity verification through the mVerifier tool.
Electronic Identity of the customers can be found in mObywatel application of the mObywatel document for the Polish citizens and the DIIA document for the Ukrainian citizens who arrived in Poland after February 24th, 2022 and who have their trusted profile authenticated.
Allowing different ways of verifying identity is a step in the right direction. Let’s hope that other authorities introduce similar solutions in as soon as possible.
