Starting from 27/10/2022, for the citizens of the Russian Federation
– declarations of assignment of work are not registered and those registered are valid for the period for which they were issued,
– a labor market test is introduced to work permits for nursing and care work and domestic help for individuals,
– proceedings initiated before 27/10/2022, are processed under the current rules,
