As of 31 March 2023 🕔 the period provided for in § 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 18 August 2022 on issuing national visas to foreigners residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland (Dz. U. pos. 1809, as amended), in which citizens of Belarus and Ukraine residing in the territory of Poland could submit applications to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for national visas for the purpose of:
- arrival for humanitarian reasons;
- to perform work on the basis of a statement on entrusting work to a foreigner entered in the register;
- to perform seasonal work.
