Work permit in Poland

Temporary residence permit and work permit

If you work in Poland and have a work permit and a visa or temporary residence permit and you continue your work in Poland, you can apply for a residence permit and a work permit within a single procedure. You can also choose this path if you want to start working in Poland. But, we definitely do not recommend this solution to foreigners who want to start working as soon as possible. This is related to the duration of the procedure (approximately 2 months). This process requires a personal appearance in the Office. Therefore, if you are planning to start work in Poland it, the best solution is to apply for a work permit on the basis of a visa with the right to work.

Registration certificate for the EU national

If you are a citizen of a country which belongs to the EU and you intend to stay in Poland longer than 90 days then you have to register your stay. This obligation also applies to family members accompanying you during your stay in Poland. The list of foreigners whose residence in the territory of Poland is undesirable

If you were denied a visa or refused entry to Poland, it may mean that your data is on the list of undesirable foreigners on Polish territory or are in the Schengen Information System. In order to confirm or exclude it you will need to have an attorney who will represent you or to whom will be addressed correspondence from the Office for Foreigners.
